| Bakalářská práce bude rozdělena do dvou hlavních kapitol. Cílem první z nich bude shrnout poznatky o roli molekuly cGAS (syntháza cyklického GMP-AMPs) jakožto senzoru cizorodé či poškozené DNA v rámci signalizační dráhy cGAS-STING, která hraje zásadní roli v indukci interferonové odpovědi na začítku vrozené imunitní odpovědi. Zdůrazněna bude především role této dráhy při infekci tumorigenními viry. Druhá kapitola bude zaměřena na roli dráhy cGAS-STING v potlačení vzniku nádoru a naopak při tumorigenezi. |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| The bachelor thesis will be divided into two main chapters. The aim of the first of them will be to summarize knowledge about the role of the molecule cGAS (cyclic GMP-AMPs synthase) as a sensor of foreign or damaged DNA within the cGAS-STING signaling pathway, which plays a fundamental role in the induction of the interferon response at the beginning of the innate immune response. In particular, the role of this pathway during viral infection with tumorigenic viruses will be emphasized. The second chapter will focus on the role of the cGAS-STING pathway in tumor suppression and, conversely, in tumorigenesis. |
