Preliminary scope of work
Cílem práce je shrnout poznatky o mikroRNA kódovaných nejstudovanějšími polyomaviry, a to myším polyomavirem (MPyV), polyomavirem SV40 a lidskými polyomaviry BKPyV, JCPyV a MCPyV. Hlavní část práce bude rozdělena do třech kapitol. První z nich bude věnována obecnému popisu dráhy mikroRNA. Druhá kapitola bude věnována životnímu cyklu polyomavirů. Třetí kapitola bude věnována poznatkům o roli virem kódovaných miRNA v životním cyklu polyomavirů.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The aim of this work is to summarize the knowledge about microRNAs encoded by the most studied polyomaviruses, namely murine polyomavirus (MPyV), polyomavirus SV40, and human polyomaviruses BKPyV, JCPyV and MCPyV. The main part of the work will be divided into three chapters. The first will be devoted to a general description of the microRNA pathway. The second chapter will be devoted to the life cycle of polyomaviruses. The third chapter will be devoted to knowledge about the role of virus-encoded miRNAs in the life cycle of polyomaviruses.
