Preliminary scope of work |
Důraz bude kladen zejména na zjištění případné interakce časných a pozdních proteinů polyomavirů s proteiny komplexu jaderného póru a s proteiny jaderné laminy a s nimi asociovanými proteiny. |
Preliminary scope of work in English |
The aim of this work is to determine whether during the infection of host cells with human polyomavirus BK or mouse polyomavirus, there are changes in the structure and modification of nuclear envelope proteins. Emphasis will be placed on identifying the possible interaction of early and late polyomavirus proteins with nuclear pore complex proteins and with nuclear lamina proteins and associated proteins. During the work, both biochemical methods and advanced microscopic techniques will be used. |
