Preliminary scope of work

Práce se zabývá problematikou pasivních domů, uvádí sledované parametry pro splnění požadovaných hodnot a hlavní aspekty při jejich navrhování, jako je poloha a tvarové vlastnosti budovy. Práce dále pojednává o dotačních programech na podporu výstavby pasivních domů. Práce rovněž vypovídá o vývoji výstavby pasivních domů v České republice a poskytuje informace o očekávaných trendech vývoje.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Work deals with properties of low energy and passive houses, their classification and the main aspects of their design such as location and shape features of the building. The paper discusses the solution structure of low energy and passive buildings and some of these opportunities to ensure environmentally sound heating. The work also discusses the trend of building energy-efficient buildings in the Czech Republic.
