V posledních letech je v mnoha regionech registrováno zvýšené množství vyplavování přírodních organických látek (NOM), živin, Fe, Al a jiných látek z mokřadních ekosystémů. Cílem výzkumu je inventarizaci stavu biogeochemismu povrchových a podpovrchových vod vybraných rašelinišť a dále identifikace hlavních procesů, které řídí uvolňování NOM, živin aj. látek v zájmových územích.
Preliminary scope of work in English
In recent years, increased leaching of natural organic matter (NOM), nutrients, Fe, Al and other substances from wetland ecosystems has been registered in many regions. The aim of this research is to inventory the biogeochemistry of surface and subsurface waters of selected peatlands and to identify the main processes that control the release of NOM, nutrients, etc. in the areas of interest.
