Polarimetrie a nefelometrie jsou významné analytické metody poměrně opomíjené ve středoškolské výuce. A pokud se ve středoškolské výuce tyto metody objeví, málokdy jsou prakticky studenty vyzkoušeny. Důvodem je mj. nedostatek studijních materiálů a úloh. Přitom uvedené metody mají vazby na jiné jevy a metody, které se ve výuce běžně probírají a jsou velmi významné (struktura látek zejména). Z uvedeného důvodu je práce zaměřena na přípravu výukových materiálů a praktických úloh (např. stanovení sachridů ve sladkých nápojích či stanovení tuků) zaměřených na obě uvedené metody.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Polarimetry and nephelometry are important analytical methods relatively neglected in secondary school education. And if these methods appear in curiculum of chemistry oriented seminairs, students rarely perform experiments using these methods. The reason is, among other things, the lack of educational materials and practical tasks. At the same time, the mentioned methods have links to other phenomena and methods that are commonly taught at secondary schools and are very important (structure of substances in particular). For this reason, the bachelor thesis is focused on the preparation of teaching/educational materials and practical tasks (eg determination of carbohydrates in sweet drinks or determination of fats) focused on both the methods.
