Preliminary scope of work
Cílem práce bude syntéza modelových oximů, a oximů odvozených od vybraných léčiv, kterým je například griseofulvin. Tyto oximy budou dále modifikovány připojením fotoaktivovatelné, fosfátové, self-immolativní spojky za účelem studia rozpadu těchto aduktů (studium vyloučení oximového léčiva). Nabyté poznatky budou sloužit k syntéze proléčiv.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Aim of this bachelor thesis will be the synthesis of model oximes, and oximes derived from selected drugs such as griseofulvin. Oximes will be modified by addition of a photocleavable, phosphate, self-immolative linker to study the defragmentation of such constructs (model drug release studies). Knowledge acquired will be used in the synthesis of prodrugs.
