| Student se seznámí v rámci diplomové práce s měřením optických vlastností grafénu. Bude se jednat zejména o Ramanovu spektroskopii a infračervenou absorpční spektroskopii. Hlavním cílem bude studium interakce grafénu se substrátem karbidu křemíku. OEM |
