Budou studovány půdní charakteristiky a odebrány půdní vzorky ze 100 studijních ploch rozmístěných na výškovém gradientu ve dvou oblastech Šumavy (centrální šumavské pláně a oblast jižní Šumavy). Půdní vzorky budou analyzovány a vzorky z různých oblastí porovnány. Získané environmentální parametry budou dále využity jako vysvětlující proměnné v rámci rozsáhlé studie biodiversity, která bude realizována na stejných studjních plochách.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Soil structure will be studied and soil samples will be collected from 100 studied plots distributed on elevation gradient in two parts of the Bohemian Forest (mountain plains in a central part of mountains and steeper slopes in south part of the mountains). Soil samples will be analyzed and samples from different sites will be compared. Recorded environmental parameters will be also served as explanatory variables in a complex biodiversity study conducted in the same study area.
