Preliminary scope of work
Práce se zabývá přípravou a studiem metod a mechanismů přípravy koloidních systémů v nevodných prostředích (např. alkoholech a organických rozpouštědlech) metodou laserové ablace. Připravené organosoly budou testovány kromě standardních metod (měření zeta potenciálů, extinction spectra, TEM) studovány také pomocí metody povrchem zesíleného Ramanova rozptylu SERS.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This bachelor thesis is focused on preparation of plasmonic nanoparticles in non-aqueous environments (for example in alcohols and other organic solvents) using a laser ablation method. The thesis also deals with optimalization of the preparation a investigation of some aspects of the laser ablation course. Preparaed organosols will be characterized by conventional methods as zeta potential measurement, extinction spectra measurement and TEM as well as by Surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectra measurements.
