Preliminary scope of work

Jednou ze základních vlastností eukaryotických organel je schopnost selektivně importovat proteiny syntetizované v cytoplasmě. Cílem práce je charakterizovat modifikovaný systém translokáz u prvoků, adaptovaných k parazitickému způsobu života.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The protein import is a fundamental feature of eukaryotic organelles. The aim of this thesis is to characterize modified translocases present in protists adapted to anaerobic style of life.
