Preliminary scope of work

Projekt studuje mechanismy, genetiku a evoluci rezistence k antibiotikům u Acinetobacter baumannii, významného původce nemocničních infekcí. Zahrnuje analýzu populační struktury a determinant rezistence u epidemiologicky významných kmenů a studium role mobilních genetických elementů a inherentních chromozomálních systémů při vzniku a šíření rezistence.
