Preliminary scope of work
Studie se zabývá charakterizací fotosensitizačních vlastností polyuretanových nanovláken s enkapsulovaným fotosensitizerem. Mezi použité fotosensitisery patří 5,10,15,20-meso-tetrafenylporfyrin a jeho komplexy s CuII a NiII ionty. Vlastnosti nanovláken byly zkoumány pomocí UV-Vis molekulové absorpční spektroskopie, fluorescenční spektroskopie, a elektronové mikroskopie (SEM).
Preliminary scope of work in English
The study is dedicated to characterisation of photosensitization properties of polyurethane nanofibres with encapsulated photosensitizer. Among the used photosensitizers are 5,10,15,20-meso-tetrafenylporfyrin and its complexes with CuII a NiII ions. Properties of nanofibers were examined using UV-Vis molecular absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy and electron microscopy (SEM).
