Preliminary scope of work
Tato práce se bude zabývat charakterizací adenosinových receptorů ve tkáni myokardu laboratorního potkana. Pomocí molekulárně farmakologických, biochemických a imunohistochemických metod budou detekovány adenosinové receptory, jejich distribuce a zapojení v regulaci aktivity adenylylcyklázy.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This work will be focused on characterization of adenosine receptors in rat heart tissue. Adenosine receptors, their distribution and involvement in regulation of adenylyl cyclase activity will be assessed by different methods of molecular pharmacology, biochemistry and immunohistochemistry.
