Předkládaná práce se zabývá vývojem regionální diferenciace pěstování brambor v Česku s důrazem na období transformace zemědělství po roce 1990. Hlavním cílem práce je zachytit a zhodnotit změny geografického rozložení pěstování brambor v Česku v průběhu sledovaného období a identifikovat příčiny těchto změn. S využitím získaných poznatků jsou diskutovány možnosti budoucího vývoje. Pozornost je věnována i situaci v navazujících článcích agrokomplexu, tj. geografické struktuře dodavatelů brambor do maloobchodních řetězců a případové studii dodavatelských vztahů Škrobáren Pelhřimov, a.s.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This bachelor thesis deals with the development of regional differentiation of growing potatoes in Czechia with emphasis on the transformation period of agriculture after 1990. The main aim is to describe and to evaluate the changes of the geographical distribution of growing potatoes in Czechia during the period under consideration and to identify the causes of these changes. Using this gained knowledge the possibilities of future development are discussed. Attention is also paid to the situation in the subsequent elements of agrocomplex, i.e. the geographical structure of retail potatoes-suppliers and the case study of supply relations of Škrobárny Pelhřimov, a.s.
