Práce je zaměřena do oblasti využití Ramanových spekter pro identifikaci čistých analytů. Základem práce je důkladné seznámení s technikami měření Ramanových spekter, tvorba a zpracování spektrální databáze.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Work is directed to the use of Raman spectra for identification of pure analytes. Work is basis on carefully acquint with techniques of measuring Raman spectra, creation and processing spectral database.
