Preliminary scope of work
LF UK). Projekt zahrnuje kultivace streptomycet a jejich ko-kultivace s mikromycetami, fenotypovou analýzu, izolaci a charakterizaci produkovaných látek a přípravu vědeckých publikací.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The project will focus on the research of streptomycetes as a source of antifungal compounds aimed at eliminating multidrug-resistant micromycetes. The study will include an analysis of commensal streptomycetes, identification of active compounds (in collaboration with the Laboratory of Antibiotic Resistance and Microbial Metabolomics of the Czech Academy of Sciences), structural characterization of these compounds, and assessment of their cytotoxicity (in collaboration with the Institute of Pharmacology at the First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University). The project encompasses cultivation of streptomycetes and their co-cultivation with micromycetes, phenotypic analysis, isolation and characterization of produced compounds, and preparation of scientific publications.
