Preliminary scope of work

Náplní práce bude rekombinantní exprese rozpustných forem NK buněčných receptorů Siglec-7 a Siglec-9 za účelem studia jejich dimerizace s cílem jejího strukturního popisu. Rekombinantní exprese proteinů v lidské buněčné linii HEK293, purifikace proteinů a charakterizace jejich oligomerního stavu pomocí biofyzikálních metod, krystalizace proteinů a řešení jejich struktury pomocí proteinové krystalografie.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of the work will be recombinant expression of soluble forms of NK cell receptors Siglec-7 and Siglec-9 in order to study their dimerization with the aim of its structural description. Recombinant expression of proteins in the human cell line HEK293, purification of proteins and characterization of their oligomeric state by biophysical methods, crystallization of proteins and solution of their structure by protein crystallography.
