Preliminary scope of work

Bakalářská práce se zaměří na plazmidy u mykobakterií. Hlavními třemi cíli jsou charakterizace plazmidů jako nástrojů molekulární biologie mykobakterií, popis plazmidů u divokých kmenů mykobakterií a zkoumání plazmidů a jejich role v antibiotické rezistenci.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The bachelor thesis will focus on plasmids in mycobacteria. The three main aims are to characterize plasmids as tools for molecular biology of mycobacteria, to describe plasmids in wild-type strains of mycobacteria, and to explore plasmids and their role in antibiotic resistance.
