Preliminary scope of work
Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat rešeršním studiem a stanovením mikroplastů v hlubinných mořských. Tyto ryby představují zajímavé modelové organismy, které mohou napomoci pochopení šíření mikroplastů ve vodním mořském sloupci. Rešeršní část shrne dosavadní poznatky a práce bude obsahovat i experimentální část stanovení mikroplastů ve vzorcích hlubinných mořských ryb.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The bachelor thesis will deal with the research study and determination of microplastics in deep sea fish. These fishes represent interesting model organisms that can aid in understanding the distribution of microplastics in the marine water column. The review section will summarize the findings to date and the thesis will include an experimental section on the determination of microplastics in deep-sea fish samples.
