Jaderná tělíska PML jsou bezmembránové multiproteinové struktury, které se nacházejí v jádrech téměř všech typů eukaryotických buněk. Podílejí se na reorganizaci chromatinu, regulaci transkripce, odpovědi na poškození DNA atd. Během virové infekce hrají především obrannou roli a bylo prokázáno, že buď přímo interagují s virovými složkami, nebo se podílejí na indukci imunitní odpovědi. Cílem této studie je analyzovat současný stav znalostí o zapojení jaderných tělísek PML do regulace vrozené imunitní odpovědi během virové infekce.
Preliminary scope of work in English
PML nuclear bodies are membraneless multiprotein structures found in the nuclei of nearly all types of eukaryotic cells. They are involved in chromatin reorganization, transcription regulation, DNA damage response, etc. During viral infection, they play a primarily defensive role and have been shown to either interact directly with viral components or to be involved in the induction of the immune response. The aim of this study is to analyse the current state of knowledge on the involvement of PML nuclear bodies in the regulation of the innate immune response during viral infection.
