Práce bude zaměřena na shrnutí vědomostí o složením mikrobiomu ústní dutiny člověka a změnám v důsledku různých patologii včetně vlivu parazitických prvoků Trichomonas tenax a Entamoeba gingivalis na složení mikrobiomu.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The thesis will focus on summarizing the knowledge of the composition of the human oral microbiome and the changes due to various pathologies, including the influence of the parasitic protozoa Trichomonas tenax and Entamoeba gingivalis on the composition of the microbiome.
