Preliminary scope of work
V Česku existuje rozsáhlá databáze ovlivnění, na jejímž základě lze usuzovat o změnách v hydrologické a vodohospodářské bilanci ve smyslu vyhlášky MZe č. 431/2001 Sb. Data z této databáze jsou zveřejněna počínaje rokem 2014. Smyslem bakalářské práce je ukázat na regionální rozdíly ve využívání vody na území Česka s uvážením vývoje od roku 2014 do současnosti. Bakalářská práce bude doplněna rešešní částí, ve které student porovná současnou situaci se situací v dřívějších letech. Student tak získá přehled o podstatných hydrologických a vodohospodářských publikacích (mnohdy periodických) se zaměřením na území Česka, který může uplatnit dále ve výzku či praxi. Neboť se v aplikační části jedná především o práci s prostorovými daty, je velmi doporučováno, aby student zvládal základy statistiky a orientoval se v geografických informačních systémech.
Preliminary scope of work in English
There is an extensive database of influences in Czechia, on the basis of which it can be inferred about changes in the hydrological and water balance with respect of Ministry of Agriculture Decree No. 431/2001 Coll. Data from this database are published starting in 2014. The purpose of the bachelor thesis is to show the regional differences in water use in the Czech Republic with consideration of the development from 2014 to the present. The bachelor thesis will be supplemented by a research section in which the student compares the current situation with the situation in earlier years. The student will thus gain an overview of substantial hydrological and water management publications (often periodical) with a focus on Czechia, which can be applied further in research or practice. Since the application section is mainly about working with spatial data, it is highly recommended that the student masters the basics of statistics and geographical information systems.
