Práce bude literární rešeřší na možnosti využití analýz lipidů a mastných kyselin při studiu mikroskopických řas. Lipidomika (lipidomics) je poměrně nový a atraktivní vědní obor, který se zabývá studiem biochemických drah lipidů.
