Preliminary scope of work

Metabolické a neurodegenerativní choroby vykazují vysokou komorbiditu a sdílejí některé patofyziologické mechanismy. Cílem práce je shrnout hlavní poznatky o příčinných souvislostech zodpovědných za tyto souvislosti.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Recent research suggests that metabolic and neurodegenerative disorders are commorbid and share common pathophysiology. The aim of this thesis is to review main evidence about these causal links.
