Preliminary scope of work
Cílem bakalářské shrnout strukturu, vznik a možné role mikrojader, přičemž největší důraz bude kladen na roli mikrojader ve vrozené vnitrobuněčné imunitě. Pokud budou dostupné zdroje, práce by měla rovněž shrnout informace o roli mikrojeder ve virových infekcích.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to summarize the structure, origin and possible roles of micronuclei, while the greatest emphasis will be placed on the role of micronuclei in innate immunity. If resources are available, the thesis will also summarize information on the role of micronuclei in viral infections.
