Cílem diplomové práce je popsat trofické vztahy mezi vodními bezobratlými (makrozoobentosem) obývajícími pěnovcová prameniště v Bílých Karpatech. Materiál byl odebrán primárně pro výzkum potravní ekologie kryptických druhů blešivců, ale zároveň lze využít i pro bližší charakterizaci místní potravní sítě. Podstatnou část práce bude tvořit analýza stabilních izotopů uhlíku a dusíku různých skupin bezobratlých a jejich potravy nasbíraných na třech vybraných prameništích.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The aim of this MSc. thesis is to describe the trophic relationships between aquatic invertebrates (macrozoobenthos) inhabiting calcareous spring fens in the Carpathian Mts. in eastern Czechia. The material was collected primarily to study ecology of cryptic amphipod species, it can be also used to characterize local food webs. An essential part of the work will consist of stable isotope analyses (C, N) of various invertebrate groups and their food sources collected at three localities.
