Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of this bachelor thesis is a research summary of knowledge about the types and mechanisms of post-transcriptional modifications of mRNA molecules in cytoplasmic dsDNA viruses of the Poxviridae family with a focus on vaccinia virus.
