Práce se zabývá fenoménem tvorby membránových váčků, principy jejich vzniku u grampozitivních a gramnegativních bakterií. Popisuje jejich využití v různých fyziologických situacích a různé účely jejich použití. V druhé části se práce věnuje využití membránových váčků pro inaktivaci antibiotik a při horizontálním genovém přenosu genů rezistence proti antibiotikům.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The work deals with the phenomenon of the formation of membrane vesicles, the principles of their formation in gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. Further, it describes their use in different physiological situations and different purposes of their use. The second part deals with the use of membrane vesicles for the inactivation of antibiotics and the horizontal gene transfer of antibiotic resistance genes.
