Preliminary scope of work |
Preliminary scope of work in English |
The student will prepare and test our newly developed lipid nanopraticles harboring mRNA for their capabilty to induce immune response. She/he will learn how to prepare and characterize the particles, she/he will design the target mRNAs, clone them and in vitro trancribe them in high yield. The student will learn how to handle tissue cultures of various origin and if needed the student will also aquire knowledge how to handle animal (e.g. mice) experiments. |
