Preliminary scope of work
Hnědá tuková tkáň je aktivována pod vlivem adrenergního systému a tyroidních hormonu v odpovědi organismu na vystavení chladu. Její hlavní úlohou je pokrýt teplené ztráty organismu a udržovat tepelnou homeostázu. Cílem bakalářské práce je shrnout současné současné poznatky o zrání tukové tkáně a vyhledat specifické markery pro její charakterizaci. Práce se bude též zabývat rozdíly v maturaci hnědé tukové tkáně u vybraných modelových organismů.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Brown adipose tissue is activated under the influence of the adrenergic system and thyroid hormones in the body's response to exposure to cold. Its main task is to cover the heat loss of the organism and maintain thermal homeostasis. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to summarize the current knowledge about adipose tissue maturation and find specific markers for its characterization. The work will also deal with the differences in the maturation of brown adipose tissue in selected model organisms.
