The goal of this thesis is application of machine learning in Evolutionary psychology research in cooperation with Department of Parasitology, Faculty of Science.
The main task is to find new, initially unforeseen traits and correlations in tested populations. The student will develop a complete machine learning workflow that allows to solve supervised and unsupervised learning tasks on the datasets collected from empirical and clinical research. |
