Preliminary scope of work
Náplní práce je syntéza kotev založených na neopentylovém skeletu, které ponesou jednu, dvě nebo tři permanentní pozitivní náboje ve formě kvartérních amoniových skupin. Dále ponesou allylovou skupinu, která bude využita pro vazbu aktivní skupiny (chromoforu) pomocí click reakce a bude studována síla elektrostatické vazby takto připravených látek na záporně nabité pevné nosiče.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The work involves a synthesis of anchors based on neopentyl skeleton, which will carry one, two or three permanent positive charges in the form of quaternary ammonium groups. Furthermore, they will carry an allyl group which will be used for the binding of the active group (chromophore) by means of a click reaction and the strength of electrostatic binding of the thus prepared compounds to negatively charged solid supports will be studied.
