Preliminary scope of work

Náplní práce bude stabilní transfekce několika forem lidského NK buněčného receptoru NKp30 do modelové buněčné linie s cílem sledování oligomerizace tohoto receptoru na membráně buňky pomocí technik superrozlišovací mikroskopie.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of the thesis is stable transfection of several forms of human NK cell receptor NKp30 into a model cell line aiming for description of oligomerization of this receptor in cell membrane using techniques of superresolution microscopy.
