Cílem práce ja sledovat vliv 10-ti denního podávání vysokých dávek morfinu a jeho následného vysazení (4-12 týdnů) na některé klíčové signální systémy řízené G proteiny ve vybraných částech potkaního mozku. Budou zkoumány především hladiny adenosinových, kanabinoidncíh a opioidních receptorů v kortexu a mozečku. Kromě toho bude monitorována také úroveň oxidativního stresu.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The aim of this thesisi is to investigate the impact of 10-day morphine administration and its subsequent withdrawal (4-12 weeks) on some key signaling systems regulated by G proteins in slected regions of rat brain. We will assess the levels of adenosine, cannabinoid and opioid receptors in the cortex and cerebellum. In addition, oxidative stress will also be monitored.
