Tato práce shrne poznatky týkající se změn v signalizaci řízené trimerními G proteiny v průběhu neurodegenerativních procesů. Tyto poznatky mohou být důležité pro lepší pochopení etiologie neurodegenerativních onemocnění.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This thesis will summarize information about changes in trimeric G protein regulated signaling during neurodegenerative processes. This knowlegde can be important for better understanding of etiology of neurodegenerative diseases.
