Preliminary scope of work

Cílem této diplomové práce je zmapování procesu sociální integrace pracujících Čechů a Slováků na Taiwanu z pohledu 4 dimenzí sociální integrace - strukturální, kulturní, interaktivní a identifikační. Cílem je také identifikovat jednotlivé bariéry nebo další faktory, které mohou integraci usnadňovat.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of the diploma thesis is to provide a thorough insight into the integration process od Czechs and Slovacs working in Taiwan. Focus is paid to 4 dimensions of integration (structural, cultural, interactive, identificational) from the point of view of the migrants themselves. Another aim is to identify possible contributing factors and obstacles.
