Úkolem této práce je shrnout dosud známé poznatky o účincích termálního preconditiongu na organismus a popsat možnosti využití hypertermického preconditioningu pro léčbu některých zdravotních problémů nebo jejich předcházení.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The task of this thesis is to provide a survey of current knowledge about the impact of thermal preconditiong on an organism and to describe potential application of hyperthermic preconditioning for treatment of some health issues or for preventing them.
