Preliminary scope of work

Náplní práce bude (1) příprava specifických protilátek proti některým enzymům SUF dráhy u Monocercomonoides a Paratrimastix, (2) jejich lokalizace in situ v buňkách těchto prvoků a (3) získání prvních experimentálních dat o protein-protein interakcích v rámci této dráhy.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aims of the thesis will be (1) to prepare specific antibodies against some of the enzymes of the SUF pathway in Monocercomonoides and Paratrimastix, (2) to localise them in situ in the cells of these protozoa, and (3) to obtain the first experimental data on protein-protein interations in this pathway.
