Preliminary scope of work

Práce je rešerší odborné literatury na téma užitečnosti modelů vhodnosti stanovišť při výzkumu prostorové distribuce stanovišť orchidejí. Očekává se, že student předloží kritické zhodnocení kladů a nevýhod těchto modelů a omezení jejich využití při predikci distribuce orchidejí v prostoru.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The thesis is a review on the usefulness of habitat suitability models in research of orchid spatial distribution. The student is expected to bring a critical evaluation of the pros and cons of these models and of limits of their use for prediction of orchid distribution in space.
