Preliminary scope of work
Invazivní aspergillóza je jednou z nejčastějších chorob, které způsobují zástupci říše hub. Léčba se nejčastěji provádí pomocí triazolových antimykotik (např. vorikonazol, itrakonazol, posakonazol). Během posledních dvou desetiletí ale dochází k šíření rezistetnce k těmto antimykotikům mezi zástupci druhu Aspergillus fumigatus (který nejčastěji způsobuje infekci) a příbuzných druhů. Studium rezistentních kmenů ukázalo, že ke vzniku rezistence mohou vést různé mutace v cílových genech. Cílem této práce bude shrnout dosavadní poznatky o mechanismech vzniku azolové rezistence a jejím šíření.
