Preliminary scope of work

Aspergillus je jedním z rodů vláknitých hub, který zahrnuje jak homothalické, tak heterothalické druhy, tedy druhy schopné vytvořit pohlavní struktury v kolonii vzniklé z jedné spory I druhy vyžadující opačně pohlavně laděné partner. V některých sekcích se vyskytují pouze druhy s jedním módem rozmnožování, v jiných ale můžeme nalézt obě variant. Jedná se například o sekce Circumdati, Nidulantes, nebo Fumigati. Právě v sekci Fumigati se vyskytuje nejblíže příbuzná dvojice homothalického a heterothalického druhu – Aspergillus aureolus a A. acrensis. Cílem této práce bude s využitím genomických dat odhalit vztah těchto dvou druhů a pokusit se vysvětlit vývoj pohlavního rozmnožování v celém rodu Aspergillus.
