Preliminary scope of work
V pilotní studii u druhového komplexu Aspergillus viridinutans se ukázalo, že v laboratorních podmínkách dokáží i jedinci poměrně fylogeneticky vzdálených druhů vytvořit pohlavní stádium. Cílem této práce bude otestovat fitness vzniklých mezidruhových hybridů. Kromě křížení izolátů různých druhů budou provedeny i křížící pokusy mezi vzniklými hybridy a take mezi izoláty hybridů a jejich rodičovských druhů. Životaschopnost a klíčivost hybridů bude testována na průtokovém cytometru a morfologie askospor na skenovacím elektronovém mikroskopu. V širším smyslu by měla práce pomoci odhalit způsob a průběh speciace a tvorby reprodukčních bariér u rodu Aspergillus.
