Preliminary scope of work

Příprava knihovny enzymu methioninsulfoxidreduktasy pomocí mutagenní PCR. Izolace produktů a jejich naklonování do pET vektoru pro bakteriální expresi. Transformace vektoru s knihovnou do kompetentních buněk a následná izolace jednotlivých mutantů a určení míry mutageneze.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Preparation of a library of mutants of methionine sulfoxide reductase with mutagenic PCR. Isolation of the PCR product and cloning into the pET vector. Transformation of the vector with the library into the competent cells and subsequent isolation individual mutant DNA and determination of the level of mutagenesis.
