Izolace RNA, syntéza cDNA, kvantitativní PCR. Vyhodnocení relativní genové exprese různých izoforem cytochromů P450 rodiny 2 v játrech a ledvinách potkanů vystavených inhibitorům tyrosinkinas vandetanibu nebo lenvatinibu v porovnání s potkany kontrolními.
