Preliminary scope of work
1. Stanovit vliv inhibice FTO na neuronální diferenciaci, oxidativní metabolismus, fosforylaci Tau, produkci ATP, oxidativní stress a viabilitu astrocytomových buněk koinkubovaných s peptidem Aβ 1-42 nebo streptozotocinem.
2. Stanovit vliv inhibice FTO na glykolytický metabolismus, aktivaci astrocytů a uptake glukózy v astrocytomových buňkách.
Preliminary scope of work in English
1. Determine the effects of FTO-inhibition on neuronal differenciation, oxidative metabolism, Tau phosphorylation, ATP production, oxidative stress and viability of neuroblastoma cells co-incubated with Aβ 1-42 peptides or streptozotocin
2. Determine the effects of FTO-inhibition on glycolytic metabolism, astrocytic activation and glucose uptake in astrocytoma cells.
