Guidelines |
Předmětem práce bude zpracování digitalizovaných obrázků histologických preparátů a navržení vhodné metody trénování klasifikace oblastí s výskytem maligního melanomu. Autor práce provede srovnání několika typů architektur hlubokých neuronových sítí, které pro daná data vhodně natrénuje. Dále vytvoří aplikaci, která zanalyzuje zadaný nový vstupní obrázek a vhodným způsobem vybarví oblasti v závislosti na výstupu klasifikátoru. |
