1. Popis konceptu aktivního stárnutí a způsobů jeho měření s diskusí;
2. Popis Indexu aktivního stárnutí (AAI) a jeho struktury (konstrukce), předpoklady, standardní zdroje dat k jeho naplnění, silné a slabé stránky tohoto kompozitního ukazatele, historie jeho vzniku a aplikací;
3. Diskuse možností použití AAI v podmínkách České republiky;
4. Porovnání vývoje AAI a jeho jednotlivých komponent v ČR a ostatních srovnatelných zemích Evropy;
5. Závěr, doporučení pro aplikaci AAI v podmínkách ČR za účelem monitoringu a formulace veřejných politik v oblasti stárnutí.

1. Description of the concept of active aging and ways of its measuring with discussion;
2. Description of Active Ageing Index (AAI) and its structure (construction),assumptions, standard data sources for its operationalization, the strengths and weaknesses of this composite indicator, the history of its origin and applications;
3. Discussion of the possibility of using AAI in the Czech Republic;
4. Comparing AAI and its individual components developments in the Czech Republic and other comparable European countries;
5. Conclusion and recommendations for application of AAI in the Czech Republic for the purpose of monitoring and formulation of public policies on aging.
