Preliminary scope of work
sledování dynamiky tvorby a funkční aktivity Treg a hladiny TGF- ß u pacientek v průběhu fyziologického a/nebo patologického těhotenství. Zavedení optimalizovaného protokolu stanovení subpopulací Treg v periferní krvi pomocí průtokové cytometrie a korelace získaných dat s hladinou TGF- ß a klinickým stavem pacientek v průběhu těhotenství. studium povrchových a intracelulární markerů (CD4+, CD25+, CD127-, FOXP3+, Helios, PD-1 a CTLA-4)
Preliminary scope of work in English
to monitor the dynamics of generation of Tregs, their functional activity and TGF-ß production in patients during physiological and/or pathological pregnancy. relationship between the dynamics of various sub-population of Tregs, the levels of TGF-ß and pathological conditions. Correlation with clinical status of patients during pregnancy. The implementation of an optimized protocol for detecting Treg subpopulations in peripheral blood using flow cytometry and correlating the data with TGF- ß levels and clinical status of patients during their pregnancy. The examination of parameters such as surface and intracellular markers (CD4+, CD25+, CD127-FOXP3+, the Helios transcription factor, PD-1, CTLA-4)
