Hlavní náplní práce bude poskytnout přehled dostupné literatury o využití psychofyziologických metod ve výzkumu bipolární afektivní poruchy. Úvod práce by měl také seznámit čtenáře se základními psychofyziologickými technikami využívanými v neuropsychologickém a psychiatrickém výzkumu a uvést základní charakteristiky a diagnostická kritéria bipolární afektivní poruchy.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to review the available literature on the applications of psychophysiological techniques in the research of bipolar disorder. The introduction will introduce the reader to the main psychophysiological methods used in neuropsychological and psychiatry research as well as to the main characteristics and diagnostic criteria of bipolar disorder.
